A List Of Stock Brokers That Invest In Micro-Cap Companies

If you want to buy micro-cap stocks (stocks from companies that have a low market capitalization) you will need to find a company who will sell them to you. This is easily done online once you have found a source for the sales. Look for brokers or brokerage firms that specialize in these stocks.

Here are some examples:

E-trade: this is a US based company and it is one of the biggest ones online today. They have been voted the best online broker since 2007, so this is the best recommendation you could hope to get.

They have a facility for you to invest using your mobile phone as well as going online, which is a distinct advantage if you want to stay on top of the latest information at all times.

Scottrade: this is another name you may be familiar with if you trade online or are thinking of doing so. They have a transparent service which is nicely explained on their website. They also mention stocks from pink sheets, which are where the micro-cap stocks are listed. This reassures you that they do deal in micro-cap stocks.

Zecco.com: this provides lots of online tools and information as well as a professional trading platform. There is also a ‘quotes and research’ section on their site which is worth looking into.

The service also comes in two types – you can either trade on the internet or you can enlist the help of a broker to assist you. These two options are priced differently so be aware of what you will get for your money.

Aside from these three main websites you will find many others by searching in Google or another search engine. You can search for companies local to you if you wish, but trading online is the easiest way to proceed. There are lots of big well known names such as Wells Fargo and Merrill Lynch, but in all these cases you must make sure they will be able to carry out your wishes and you are happy with the service they will provide.

One final thing to remember is that whichever stock broker you find make sure they will deal in micro-cap stocks before you go ahead. Not all of them do.

As you can see, there are some good firms that always come up at the top of the pile.
